First, he wasn’t born in the USA: Obama’s paternal step-grandmother, his father’s stepmother, Sarah Obama, told Anabaptist Bishop Ron McRae in a recorded transatlantic telephone conversation that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. In addition, while Obama lived in Indonesian as a child he received Indonesian citizenship, and thus has lost U.S. citizenship (dual-citizenship is not allowed under US law). Further, Hawaii was not a state in the United States at the time of his birth and so he can't be a natural-born citizen. In fact, there is even a Kenyan Birth Certificate with Obama’s name and birth information on it.

Second, his so-called “original” or “long form” birth certificate has obviously been forged, it even lists his father’s race as “African” instead of “Negro,” as was the custom of the time. And did you know that anyone, including foreign-born children, can acquire a Hawaiian certification of live birth, and so Obama’s possession of such a certificate does not prove that he was born in Hawaii. Third, regardless of his place of birth, he still doesn’t meet the constitutional definition of a natural-born citizen, according to the law on the books at the time of his birth.
